Converting .rm files

Hello Micronetters,
 
Anybody know how to convert .rm files? I've got some webcasts that were
created as .rm files. I found a product from BoilSoft that says it will
convert .rm files. When I add the the *.rm file to the interface, it says
that this *.rm file is not a video file or is not supported. Anybody got any
ideas? I'll attach the file. It's a campus webcast about XML.
