FYI for tech supports:

The latest Microsoft Windows Cumulative Security Update Internet Explorer
for Windows XP KB 896688 causes a problem for new BAIRS users or users with
new machines; the Hyperion Plugin cannot be install.
When we removed the security update and restarted the computer, we
downloaded the Plugin without a problem and reinstalled the new security
update over the plugin.
It appears to work, we were able to the run BAIRS reports.
