Charles,
On my Windows XP laptop, I just use <W>-L, where '<W>' is the Windows logo
key located (on my machine) next to the Alt key. So, whenever I leave my
desk, I just press '<W>' and 'L' together and the login screen comes up.
When I return, I must login with ID and password.
Is this not a standard feature, at least with Windows XP? I don't recall
ever doing something special to set it up (though I've been running XP on
this machine for many months, so I may be forgetting something).
Just curious.
Mike
