Re: sbc filter/outgoing mail

Hi,

We have heard reports that SBC's filtering of outgoing mail has not yet
been set up for all users. We have also heard that SBC will be
filtering on alternate ports as well, in particular the message
submission port (587) and SMTPS port (465) which, as Karl pointed out,
CalMail now support. It would be helpful to hear from any users that
have filtering turned on if they are getting outgoing mail blocked on
ports 587 and 465 as well.

Actually, we'd also like to know, having gone through the opt out
process, if the alternative ports are unblocked as well.

If you need help configuring your client, please check with CalMail
consulting.

Thanks,
Tony Roybal
