thawte registration

Good Day,

I-House will be rolling out a network authentication system that requires a
certificate which we will be getting from Thawte. As I understand it,
Thawte will ascertain that
I-House is legitimately associated with the berkeley.edu domain.

Of course we are in the berkeley.edu domain, but on the other hand we
aren't UC Berkeley. If someone more familiar with this process could let me
know how the Thawte inquiry will arrive, and where, I'd appreciate it. Just
looking to minimize potential for confusion.
