Summary: Batch COA Validation

Good afternoon folks,

Thanks to the following people for their response and sharing their
experience with me in accomplishing this task.

Sara Golemon
Nils Ohlson
Terri M. Kouba
Rob McNicholas

The short answer is Option 1 and Java
(http://ist-socrates.berkeley.edu:4100/FAS/coa.html) is the way to go. I
have not had the time to figure out how to implement this or have contacted
the appropriate people but this is the pathway to accomplish this task.

Thanks again for a wonderful resource and the kind replies I received.
