CNS needs your input - Voice mail Survey

Communication and Network Services (CNS) would like your input on UC
Berkeley's new voice mail system. Please take our survey at
http://unibears.berkeley.edu/unibears-survey.html

The manufacturer has discontinued our current voice mail system and CNS
will replace it with a Unified Communications solution. You can read more
about the Unified Communications project, called Unibears, at
http://unibears.berkeley.edu

This survey is our way of keeping you informed about the voice mail system
replacement as we work with you in a collaborative effort to deliver a
superior product that will meet all of our current and future
communications needs. You will receive more information in the spring of
2005 about the voice mail system replacement, tentatively scheduled for
Summer 2005.
