Active Directory logging in issues

Good Afternoon Micronetters,

I have a user on a XP box that can no longer log in to her machine. No
obvious changes since yesterday and she can log into other
machines. Actually, no one can log into berkeley.edu from this machine;
campus.berkeley.edu works, but the kerberos realm option returns with the
'the system could not log you on. Check the username and domain, or
contact you administrator.' message. I'm lost; anyone see this before?
