We had this problem yesterday. Through a process of elimination we found
it was a problem on the server side, not the client side. I think it might
be overload on the new system but I'm not sure.
I went back in this morning, followed the documentation and the
installation worked fine.
Also, watch for pop-up blockers used in Yahoo or Google toolbars.
