PI1.EXE Internet Access, etc

Hi, Micronetters

Does anyone know which worm is associated with the pi1.exe program that
resides in the WINNT directory. It keeps popping up as trying to access
the Internet/network and the firewall keeps blocking it.

I tried Symantec and found nothing but did find references to it in a
thread but did not mention the worm it is associated to, etc. Anyone
know? Is this a spyware/sneakware issue?

Thanks,

Charles
