We seem to be having some complications when going through the instructions
to install the Hyperion plugin. We make it through the first two parts fine.
When we log back into the reporting tool
(https://reportportal.berkeley.edu/) using our Calnet ID, it tries to go to
the Personal Page but hangs and only gives a white screen. The loading bars
barely go up. We configured IE the correct way and are running completely
updated Windows SP1 systems.
We found if we install SP2 and try it right after then it works without
problems. If possible, we would like to keep our machines on SP1. Is anyone
else getting this same error? Thanks
