The 'official' online Oracle documentation is at:

   http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/index.html

To view these documents, there's a possibility that free
registration in the Oracle Technology Network (OTN) may be required,
so don't be alarmed if you happen to encounter a request for same.

Since there can be a number of possible causes for certain Oracle
error messages, I've usually found that just ploughing through
articles retrieved from search engines, after inputting the error
code and/or part of the error message, has usually - eventually - led
me to a solution. YMMV.

Perhaps someone else might be able to offer a better response.

Good luck!
