You may be able to accomplish this if you have the CalAgenda software
installed on
your computer. Click on the "HELP" menu and just follow the instructions
for how to
setup reminders for yourself at the times you specify. You also have the
ability to
create reminders for yourself in Outlook. So, feel free to go with
whichever program
you prefer. Good luck and take care of the knee!
