I have passed on this email to our analysts and one of them will get in
touch with you shortly to see if we can debug what's going on in more
detail. As it happens, I also use Firefox as my primary browser, and am
very interested in making it work well with HRMS. After reading your
mail I logged in and tried unsuccessfully to duplicate your problem in
Blu -- I was able to open original resumes with no problems. In the
future, please also send these kinds of questions to
hrmshelp@berkeley.edu, call them in to (510) 643-4443, or since you're
working on projects with our team just ask any of the developers you're
working with directly.
