   Yes, that's correct: the power outage affecting Evans Hall and
other Eastern campus buildings, referred to in the Physical
Plant-Campus Services "Info-Gram," occurred at approximately 2:30 pm
on Monday, March 12.

   Note that the campus Data Center is moving from the Evans Hall
basement to 2195 Hearst in June 2004 -- just two months from now:

   Shel Waggener's article specifically mentions "redundant power" as
one of the advantages of the Data Center move. :-)
