It's usually called a "crossover" cable. Sold (most)
everywhere that decent selections of ethernet cables are sold. TSW
probably has them.
Some computers (well, late model macs, at least) are smart
enough to figure out that they're hooked up this way, and can use a
regular (non-crossover) cable to do this.
