CNS News for Thanksgiving-shortened week

Colleagues,

Sorry for the delay in posting this. The week ending Dec 2 had only
three working days, but some of the CNS staff folks were accomplished
a lot anyway.

Highlights:

-We finished upgrading all the AirBears access managers, which seems to
 have fixed the serious problems people had using AirBears.

-We added 17 new AirBears access points in Dwinelle Hall!

-Campus Operators handled 12,000 calls during the month of November!
