good morning, everyone-
As was suggested by someone in a post to me, i kindly
asked the Berkeley hostmasters (in this case, a kind hostmistress)
to point gentoo.berkeley.edu to some webspace.

I am very happy with the performance and ease of updating
this linux distribution, and most happy with the licensing issues, speed
of updating their code-base with security fixes, and dramatic
performance over its competitors.

I have not set up an rsync server yet, nor any blog/wiki as
one person has suggested, as with the budgets cuts reducing
my group by 2 FTE's, I do what I can where I can.
Which means making many, many people happy at once ;-)

So *hint*hint* anyone with a fast machine on a fast line
lying idle who is also interested in this distribution, please
email me @ gentoo@gentoo.berkeley.edu if you have some time,
some interest, or some inclination/advice.

Thanks!
All the artwork on gentoo.berkeley.edu is done by with by me,
with gimp. Anyone know a good artist who has alot more time
for web-desigm, please let me know.
