consoles for new suns

I have some new Sun servers, a SunFire V210 and a SunFire V100. It's
a flash from the past long ago; both use an rs232 serial port for the
console. No built in video. Our server console switch only works
with systems with built in video, keyboard, and mouse.

It seems desirable to use the serial console since it has this LOM
thing that you use the power down the machines and do other whatnot
with. Does anyone else have more than one of these machines that
they're using a shared console with and if so, how are you doing it?
Or feel free to send any recommendations.
