iPhoto envy

        I got an inquiry today:

        Q1: "How do you make those Web galleries with thumbnails and
large versions so quickly? It takes me forever!"

        A1: "iPhoto. It's like one click and it dumps to Web pages w/
thumbnail previews."

        Q2: "Oh. I use a Windows PC. How can I do it on Windows?"

        A2: ...

        Can anybody help with an answer to that second question?
Basically software that's 1) free, 2) easily dumps pictures to html
photo galleries with previews, and 3) runs on Windows...?
