Allen,

Unfortunately we have to ask that you send requests for unblocking as a
response to the original notification: it is very important that you use
the original SNS ticket # in the subject line. In order to handle the
number of incidents this worm has spawned we have to use whatever
automation is available within our tracking system.

Our current procedure is to compile all unblock requests (except for those
which are very urgent) into one batch which is processed each evening.
