The most likely setting to look at is the "Skip Messages Over [ ]
K" option in the "Checking Mail" panel in Eudora's Settings. (If
your customer uses Personalities, she might also check each relevant
personality's "Skip Messages Over [ ] K" setting via the
"Personalities Extras" panel.)
By enabling this option -- which is particularly useful when
connecting over a slow dial-up link -- messages will be truncated at
the specified size. The user can then explicitly fetch the entire
message from the server, if they wish.
