adding 3rd drive to sun ultra 10

Any suggestions for adding a 3rd drive to a Sun Ultra 10? It only has
2 drive bays inside. I'd like to add a 120 gig drive. I can't see
any way of swapping out the 2nd drive without taking the system down
for an excessive length of a time. It seems like my only option is an
external SCSI drive but they're expensive and the prices get even
worse for the really big drives, and I don't know if SCSIs come in 120
gig.
