Hi Bill,

Netscape 7 is built on the old Mozilla 1.0 code. You could try to
upgrade the user to Mozilla 1.2.1, which offers a lot of speed
enhancements and security/bug fixes. The profile should be in the same
format, so you won't have to worry about the user's preferences, mail,
etc...
