A user is reporting problems with Netscape 7. Says that the temp files in
Word stay active after closing the program. When he goes to open the
documents again, he can't because they are already in use. Has anybody
seen this problem and if so, any way to get around it. The user could
always go back to Netscape 6 or even 4.X
