Hello Greg,
You, or someone in your office should attend the fiscal close class for
Bairs. There they gave a link for fiscal close checklist and
requirements. One of them was a date scholars workstation was using to
process purchases in the previous or next fiscal year. Try to attend the
class next year and they'll give you all the important dates.
For .edu discounts, you can try ordering from microwarehouse or zones.com,
but they won't be as good as a discount for computers from TSW.
