Backup without Directory Sharing

We have two Windows 2000 workgroup server. I installed BackupExec on server
A and the remote agent on server B. I am able to map server B by ip address
but unable to see the contents. We do not want to share any directory on
server B. Are there any ways to back up server B without sharing directory
and using BackupExec Remote agent?
