A little clarification about Ipass: this is an access-only system; you
don't get an email address, storage space, or any other ISP services, just
a connection with a local phone number to the internet through which you
can get your UC or other ISP email, surf, etc. as though you were dialed up
at home. Connect prices range from $2.40/hr in Europe to $12 in
out-of-the-way places.
I haven't had any "relaying denied" problems sending UC email through it.
