I sure wish there were some kind of campus-level
service that could be used for dial-up when
travelling for those of us who use DSL or
cable at home (and don't have dialup service).
I have to pay Earthlink $20 a month just so
I have a phone number to dial in to when I
travel w/ my laptop.

I know the College of Letters & Sciences has
this kind of setup. Do any other departments
on campus have a departmental dialup service?
Is this something that should be done at
the department level or the campus level?

Hope I'm not complaining to much,
leigh
