ARCserve 6.5

We are having a problem with our ARCserve 6.5 in that when we do a backup
operation, the backup takes place, but after merging the sessions, it gives
a message that it "Failed to insert detail records (EC=7)."

I ran the database manager (DBMGR) to repair and do a full pack of the
databases, but the error continues.

I've since applied the fix to bring the build from 620 to 622.

Has anybody seen this problem before or have any suggestions?
