Problem: Users can't run their own-created scans.

I install NAVCE-76b26.exe on my NT 4.0 clients as "unmanaged machines". I
set realtime protection and live update to update everyday. The updates
are happening and virii are being caught, but I notice that my users can't
run their own scans, although I can as administrator.

Could it be that users have to have admin rights to run their own
scans? I'm trying to find something in the documentation but not having
luck. Do I have to set up a Norton anti-virus server to let my users have
this ability?

I know the realtime protection will scan any file upon creation, opening,
moving, copying, and I know that it scans the boot block of each floppy
inserted, but some users want to scan a whole floppy themselves, not to
mention it would make them feel secure to be able to scan the hard drive
themselves when they feel like it.

I would appreciate any tips.
