Does UCB have site license for rz/sz from Omen Technology?

Hi,

We'd like to install Omen Technology's rz/sz version 3 ZMODEM
servers on our Unix machine, and according to the web page
(http://www.omen.com/rzsz3.html), they offer education campus
site license for $199. Does our campus have a license? Is there
a list of site-licensed shareware I can check against?

If UCB doesn't yet have a site license for the rs/sz, could our
department proceeds to get it ourselves (we need it pretty urgently)?
