Disable Netscape Newsletter Popup When Opening Messenger

Some asked me this again so I'm posting it again.

First: make a back up copy of your C:\Program
Files\Netscape\Users\yourusername\prefs.js file.

In the PREFS.JS file change the below entry exactly as you see it. This
will prevent the Netscape advertisement from coming up when you click
on get mail:

If the entry does not exist, add it anywhere down in the data, just be
sure it's on a line by itself.

user_pref("mailnews.start_page.enabled", false);

You can copy and paste this line into your prefs.js file, rather than
risk a typo.
