Hey Forrest -
I ran into this when I was repackaging 4.76 into an .MSI. There's a
bunch of keys, actually. I used Regmon, a freeware tool from
www.sysinternals.com, which logs every time a registry key gets
touched. Running Regmon, you run Netscape, screen the results for
permissions errors, and then you can modify the permissions on those
keys.
This was such an unpleasant experience that I was uninclined to do it
again for a minor upgrade, but looking at Graham's mail, perhaps it
won't be so bad. :> Thanks, Graham.
