I have PacBell DSL at home and I do not have any problems accessing my
uclink email. The only difference is that I am using Outlook Express to do
it. Never failed. I think that it is possible that the problem in this case
is Eudora. What happens is that Eudora times out. Make your user change his
email client and test it again.
