Hi
Thanks for all that replied and here is a summary of vendors listed. I
have included the sender's name as an acknowledgement.
Barbara Shayesteh:
I got Berkeley Technika, Inc. 450-1700, from the HP Support page and they
have
repaired two HP lasers for us. I wasn't overwhelmed by their service but
they did get the job done. There are several other vendors listed on HP's
page.
Jay Sparks:
CPR at 800/840-9525 but I don't know if he works on ink jet.
David Steere:
OPT, Inc. of Fremont (510.659.1760)
They've been able to keep my HP5SiMX working well, and the two or
three different guys they've dispatched here all know what they are
doing.
As for what Jerry Stone has pointed out, I did have good service from WHSG
before. But just not this time. Whether I misused this forum to "bad
mouth" WHSG is up to your interpretation. I will explain to Jerry in
private email. Case closed!
