I agree on all counts, especially the appalling part. I actually meant
UC's specification process, not Conexis'. UC should have included the
requirement that the system be available over the web to browsers on
platforms other than Windows when they were researching replacement
vendors for SHPS. I can perfectly imagine that when Conexis developed
their system, they did it in the way that made business sense to them
(although they might want to take another look at the landscape).
