Ipod Touch and a secure wireless network at home

Hi all, and apologies for cross-posting this:

I just bought an iPod Touch and set up a wireless router in my house
(yes, just for it, but it wasn't expensive [$15]). My question
is: Is it possible to secure the connection to only allow the Touch
to connect and no one else in the area? I know you can do it with
laptops and desktops by allowing access only by MAC address, but
since I don't think the Touch has that ability, I could only allow
the ip address 192.168.1.101 to have access. That doesn't sound so
secure since I thought anybody with a wireless card could get in
before I could turn my Touch on.

Just wondering. Thanks.

eric
