I TOTALLY share Roy's sentiments towards Mike Carver and the truly
amazing work he has provided for us as well here at the Graduate
School of Education over the years. He has been invaluable,
accommodating in the best customer service sense of the word, and has
been patient with every question posed of him. He has performed
exemplary work for all of the computers I have sent his way and he
has been timely with his repairs always doing his best to fix things
quickly, but also being honest and realistic about how long something
major might take. He has broadened my understanding of hardware
support and has consistently been a source of valuable information.

Most of all, Mike has been a good friend, a comrade in arms and I
will miss his easy manner and helpfulness. I know he will succeed in
all he endeavors to do, of that I have no doubt. I fear for us who
will have to do without him, but I wish him all the best.

Thanks, Mike for always being a great help and a wonderful person.

Best of luck!

Beth
