Hello Team

UPDATE: As of 1200, Enterprise application customers experienced multiple
problems accessing their applications this morning from approximately 1000 -
1200.

The cause of this has been preliminarily identified as a lack of robust
network connectivity in the IST Data Center due to a firewall problem caused
by excessive traffic between a storage server and storage client.

Additionally, during this outage, there was a world-wide session
announcement protocol (SAP) storm that may have contributed to this problem.
By 1200, All enterprise applications involved in the network outage had been
restored an have remained stable since that time.

Thank you,

Service Desk
