"Business Resumption, Process Analysis and Project Management"

Back in 2000, the campus created a framework for undertaking business
continuity planning. What was then needed was a guide to take units and
departments through the planning process. Paul and Sarah created a paper
template, but when it became apparent that it was insufficient to the task,
they got a grant and have worked collaboratively across campus to bring to
life the web-based Berkeley Business Continuity Planning Tool (see
https://restart.berkeley.edu/ucb/). Join us as they discuss how they
approached the scoping, design, and development of such a complex effort.

Directions: Enter through the North (main) door of Doe. Walk straight
through the brown gallery. Take a right and ascend the stairs two flights
to 303.
