Updated Daylight Saving Time information for CalAgenda

As noted in prior communications, events entered into CalAgenda prior
to December 29, 2006 that are scheduled for days affected by new
Daylight Saving Time (DST) rules may be incorrectly stored in our
vendor's software.

The CalAgenda team has been working with our vendor to develop a
process to make any needed manual calendar adjustments as simple as
possible. Unfortunately, automated calendar adjustments to correct
this situation are not possible.

To assist CalAgenda users in manually correcting meeting times
affected by the change in Daylight Saving Time, the CalAgenda team has
made available a copy of the CalAgenda calendar data from December 28
which predates the Daylight Saving Time shift in our vendor's
software. By making a paper printout of this previous version, you
will be able to compare your current calendar to the correct meeting
times.

This older calendar data is only available through the web client on
an alternate CalAgenda server:

     * Go to <URL:http://calagenda.berkeley.edu/dst> and log in using
       your CalAgenda account name and password.

     * Change to the weekly calendar view.

     * Use the calendar icon to navigate to the affected dates
       (beginning Mar 11). There will be three affected weeks in
       spring (Mar 11 - Apr 1) and one affected week in the fall (Oct
       28 - Nov 4).

     * Select "Print" from the File menu and print out the four
       affected weeks.

     * Compare your current agenda to the printout and adjust any
       events to match the proper start time.

Please do not make any changes to this older snapshot of the calendar
data as it is intended for reference only. Please access it only via
the web. Attempting to access this data through the desktop client
may cause unexpected problems. This data will be available until June
30, 2007.

Users who have or manage calendars where events are scheduled a year
or more in advance should check the older calendar data for these
corresponding weeks in 2008 (Mar 9 - Apr 6 and Oct 26 - Nov 2) and
adjust any events there as necessary. Similar changes would be
necessary for 2009 and 2010 if events are scheduled that far in
advance. A table of affected dates for these years can be found in
