What's the definition of "retail"?
The definition in my dictionary certainly seems to cover shareware
purchases through Kagi and the like. I suspect the university uses a
specialized meaning and I wonder how it differentiates between Kagi
and Amazon. If it disallows shareware, does it also disallow
virtually all electronic distribution?
