how do *you* buy "forbidden" shareware without a bluCard?

From time to time, we find a little piece of $10-$20 shareware which
will meet some particular need for a user.

Our accounting department has pointed out that such purchases are
FORBIDDEN on a University bluCard if...

''Software is not sold retail and requires a personal computer mouse
click to accept terms and conditions''

RestrictItems.htm)

So, what does YOUR department do for a credit card/download-only
shareware license if the software requires you to click a licensing
agreement?

April, I'm cc:ing you -- at a recent Micronet meeting, folks
suggested that TSW could assist with software purchases. Do you have
ideas?

Thanks!
-Greg
