It's a relatively standard mailbox file, so another e-mail program
will very likely be able to read it.
Consider another program which likes to import/convert from Eudora;
perhaps Entourage or Mail.app will do so.
If going cross-platform, watch out for line endings. You'll want to
convert to DOS, which you can do with TextWrangler. I'll bet that
pine would open it, after line endings were converted.
As a huge workaround, if push comes to shove, you could run it
through MHonArc, which is getting way into left field.
Or, just break down and read it in TextWrangler or Word... the
content would be readable, but it's not very handy.
