Question: Since you've had great luck with ClamAV, which uses a
collaborative model to identify viruses, why not also use a
collaborative tool such as Vipul's Razor to identify spam? Vipul's
could be run in parallel with Pure Message (which by itself is
really not identifying the amount of spam that it should be).

All collaborative, all extremely effective, since they rely on the
entire network of humans out there marking bad stuff as bad stuff.

Also, rather than having to forward spam messages to an address,
could you publish IMAP access info for a public/shared spam drop
box into which we could drag spam from our mail clients? Would make
life much easier...
