Assuming this is on your home computer, as a staff member you can
download and use the NAV on software.berkeley.edu. Install, then do
a full scan. You've complied! at least for viruses. I'm not sure
I've seen anything for spyware on a Mac...
(Oh, I see this on unwantedlinks.com : MacScan claims that it can
detect, isolate and remove spyware, keystroke loggers and trojans
from your Macintosh which could have been maliciously or
inadvertently installed on your Macintosh. It supports both Mac
