speaking of SPSS...

My wife received a lovely correspondence letting her know that SPSS does
not function correctly on intel-based macs (not even under rosetta) and
that they are planning to support them in their upcoming 15 release...in
Summer 2007! This after lagging half a year to work on Tiger...*sigh*

Not that I think it's a good investment of time, but has anybody tried
using parallels or dual-booting to run Wine under linux or ReactOS on an
intel Mac?

Hi
I checked out the computers in Doe. They have SPSS, but the function
for variance analysis is not installed. However, I did call
SPSS. When I gave them the SN of the installation, they said that UC
Berkeley is licensed for the version that has this function.
Anybody know how I'd get the software for this installed? Also the
user is looking for a tutor for SPSS, if anybody knows one.
Thanks for the help
