Norton Antivirus wants a subscription key

We have Norton Antivirus 10.0.1 (009) installed on a number of
machines. A couple of users have reported this "Antivirus
Subscription Expired" message:

Are other folks seeing this? The version at software.berkeley.edu is
listed as 10.0.

symantec.com suggests that one enter one's purchased subscription key.
