Yes, I am on the lists!

I called Michael, it was cleared up by restarting his system. He
also switched back to the Alternate Port and it is still working
fine. We have not had any other complaints, I have talked to our sys
admins and nothing has been changed on the system.

Any other problems, please write to me and I will investigate.
